Job summary

Wellstar Health Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced LPN for night shifts to support the West Float Team across multiple facilities.

You will provide compassionate nursing care, perform assessments, and coordinate with RNs and therapy teams to ensure continuous patient care. Requirements include a Georgia LPN license and at least 3 years of medical-surgical or acute care experience, with BLS certification.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Current Georgia LPN license required.
• Minimum 3 years of recent medical-surgical or acute care nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate patient care under RN supervision.
• Perform assessments, procedures, and interventions based on physician orders.
• Collaborate with RNs, therapists, and care teams to ensure seamless care.

Requirements

You’ll Bring to the Table

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent Required.

Licensure

• Current LPN license in the state of Georgia Required.

Experience

• At least 3+ years of recent medical-surgical or acute care nursing experience Required.

Certifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association Required.
