Alliance Nursing is seeking a dedicated LPN to float among three Adult Family Homes in Kenmore, Kirkland, and Snohomish, WA. The role offers guaranteed hours, three 12-hour shifts per week, and a calm, home-like environment focused on patient-centered care.

You will provide high-quality care to adults with complex medical needs, ensuring safety and comfort while coordinating with families and clinical supervisors. An active WA LPN license and CPR/BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Active Washington State LPN license with CPR/BLS certification.
• Flexibility to work across multiple locations and cover shifts as needed.
• Minimum 2 years nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care to adults with complex medical needs.
• Float between Kenmore, Kirkland, and Snohomish Adult Family Homes as assigned.
• Cover overtime or sick calls when needed outside of two protected days off.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and clinical supervisors to ensure the best care possible.
