Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Take and record vital signs; administer injections and medications as prescribed
• Perform and support wound care and related clinical tasks
• Assist providers with exams, procedures, and patient preparation
• Update and manage electronic health record (EHR) documentation
• Support care coordination and follow-up activities
• Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and self-care instructions
• Adapt to varying practice needs; contribute to quality improvement and ongoing learning
