Job summary

American Medical Administrators LTC is seeking a dedicated LPN to join our team in Ohio. The role focuses on compassionate resident care, with responsibilities spanning assessments, admissions, discharges, wound care, and supervising CNAs/CMTs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, follow protocol, report changes, and document findings.
• Perform admission duties: complete assessment, MAR, TAR, POS, review chart setup, orders, and medications.
• Manage discharges: document, notify physician/guardian, arrange transportation.
• Provide wound care per protocol, including irrigation, dressing changes.
• Lead CNAs and CMTs, ensure compliance with facility policies.
• Respond effectively to emergency situations.

• Lead CNAs and CMTs, ensuring compliance with facility protocols and policies
• Respond effectively to emergency situations
