We are hiring immediately for a Float Dietitian position!

• Location: A.G. Rhodes Wesley Woods, AG. Rhodes Atlanta & A. G. Rhodes Cobb - Atlanta & Marietta, GA
• Setting: 374 total census across all three units; Sub-acute rehabilitation, long-term care, and memory care
• Schedule: Full time; Monday - Friday
• Primary Focus: Regulatory compliance, covering PTO, and supporting program implementation
• Salary Range: $75k - $80k

Job Summary

We are seeking a System Dietitian to join our Nutrition Team in senior care in Atlanta & Marietta, GA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide medical nutrition therapy, including assessment, diet modification, education, and intervention for the patient population.
• Follow all guidelines outlined in the Company Diet Manual and the Clinical Nutrition Policies & Procedures Manual.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, including federal, state, and accrediting agencies, while maintaining confidentiality, HIPAA regulations, and patient rights.
• Train and mentor patient services staff and interns as applicable.
• Participate in patient satisfaction programs, departmental meetings, and quality assurance/performance improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Registered Dietitian credentialed by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
• Licensed by the State Dietetics Licensing/Credentialing Board, where required.
• One (1) year of senior living experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, electronic medical records, diet office systems, and nutrient analysis software.
