Job summary

The role requires basic life support certification, CMA/ CMAC/ RMA or related credentials, and a teamwork-focused approach. Applicants should have a High School diploma, 1+ year related experience preferred, and willingness to work day shifts

Qualifications

• Knowledge of health care field and medical terminology.
• Knowledge of chronic disease management.
• Knowledge of and ability to utilize internal and external resources.
• Expertise in patient advocacy and navigating complex systems.
• Ability to function in fast-paced environments and manage stress.
• Ability to work independently within certification scope.
• Ability to communicate in English effectively.
• Experience with computers is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients and equipment for treatment and initiate testing.
• Document results in the practice’s designated system.
• Maintain OSHA compliance and safety processes.
• Provide whole care during office visits, including intake, tests, results, and closure of care gaps.
• Educate patients regarding tests, medications, and diet.
