American Senior Communities invites experienced Registered Nurses to join our Clinical Resource Group Float Pool in the Indianapolis area. This float role offers variety across ASC facilities within your radius and a consistent month-to-month schedule.

You will provide compassionate resident care, plan and oversee care, and contribute to the well-being of seniors and their families daily. The position aligns with ASC values and supports professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active Indiana RN license
• Minimum 2 years of LTC Nursing Home experience
• Willingness to travel within a 50‑mile radius of home
• Demonstrated commitment to ASC's CARE values (Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, Excellence)
