Job summary

American Senior Communities is seeking a Float Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the Indianapolis area to join our Clinical Resource Group Float Pool. The role offers a consistent monthly schedule and the excitement of working in multiple ASC facilities within the region.

Responsibilities include providing compassionate care, planning and coordinating resident care, and delivering high-quality services across nursing units. Indiana LPN license and LTC experience required.

Qualifications

• Active Indiana LPN license
• Minimum of 2 years of LTC Nursing Home experience
• Commitment to ASC's CARE values (Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, Excellence)
• Willingness to travel within a 50-mile radius of home

Requirements
