American Senior Communities seeks a Float Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate care across multiple facilities in Indianapolis, IN and surrounding areas. You will join a Clinical Resource Group Float Pool offering variety and a stable month-to-month schedule.

The role offers $40/hour with full-time and part-time options, plus benefits such as medical/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO, and a nurse preceptor program to support growth and development.

Qualifications

• Active Indiana LPN license and 2+ years of LTC nursing home experience.
• Demonstrated commitment to compassionate resident care and company values.
• Willingness to travel within a 50-mile radius of home.
