Job summary

Clinical Associates in Maryland is seeking an experienced Certified Medical Assistant Float to support our Department of Specialty Medicine across Reisterstown, Woodholme, and Towson locations. The role requires front and back office duties, travel to all locations, and a nationally registered CMA.

Cardiology, Dermatology, Endocrinology or Podiatry experience is preferred, with Internal Medicine/Primary Care considered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Current registration/certification with an accredited Medical Assistant program.
• EMR experience; NextGen is a plus.
• Excellent patient care and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist during routine exams and rooming patients.
• Record patient history and vital signs.
• Enter lab/diagnostic orders and obtain test results.
• Schedule appointments, procedures, or imaging.
• Front desk check-in or call-center coverage as needed.
• Assist with CGM devices and patient education.
