Job summary

Premier Community HealthCare Group is seeking an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse/Physician Assistant (APRN/PA) to float across West Pasco locations (Hudson/NPR/SpringHill). The role is full-time in Spring Hill, FL, delivering comprehensive primary care within Family Medicine and Pediatrics, under physician supervision.

You will diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions, educate patients, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in NP program with Family Medicine or Pediatrics focus.
Active Florida APRN or PA license is required.
Current BLS certification is required.
DEA license strongly preferred or ability to obtain.
Minimum 3 years NP experience preferred.
Ability to obtain Epic certification and complete trainings.

Responsibilities

Deliver primary care within scope of practice in collaboration with supervising physicians.
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions using evidence-based methods.
Educate patients and families on health management and prevention strategies.
Collaborate with the care team for coordinated patient care.
Document encounters accurately in the EHR per standards.
Manage daily tasks to maintain productivity and encounter goals.
Participate in after-hours on-call rotation as assigned.
Assist onboarding and training of new providers and staff as needed.
Support QA/QI initiatives with leadership teams.
Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality at all times.
