Job summary

Boston Children's Hospital is seeking an Advanced Practice Nurse to join our Float Pool. The role integrates knowledge, research, and experience to promote excellence in patient care and improve outcomes.

You will collaborate with the health care team, utilize resources, and participate in discharge planning with strong clinical and organizational skills. Float APRNs will be eligible for a $10/hour specialty differential and a sign-on bonus ranging from $5,000 to $20,000 based on experience.

Qualifications

• MSN required; MS in Nursing degree.
• 1–3 years NP experience preferred; pediatric experience preferred.
• Massachusetts NP license with Pediatric or Family NP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete history and physical exams and interpret findings.
• Diagnose and manage common clinical problems; plan and evaluate treatment.
• Participate in discharge planning and documentation; collaborate with care team.
