Float Aircraft Maintenance Technician - RW (NE)

Join Med-Trans Corporation as a Float Aircraft Maintenance Technician (AMT) in Dubuque, IA. We are immediately hiring for a full-time rotor wing mechanic supporting EC135 airframes.

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting Salary: $62,705 - $91,455 annually
• Float Stipend: $10,400
• IA Stipend: $2,080
• Sign-On Bonus: $10,000

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, mechanical inspections, repairs, and provide updates to the Lead Technician.
• Manage inventory, update logs, and document parts and FAA information.
• Maintain a safe, clean working environment and ensure compliance with policies and security standards.
• Coordinate efforts between departments, vendors, and team members.
• Collaborate professionally with all personnel involved in operations and health services.

Minimum Qualifications

• Three years of turbine helicopter maintenance experience, with at least six months in the last 24 months.
• Valid A&P license.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Experience with EC135 maintenance.
• Knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations.
• Ability to travel between bases and lift heavy objects.

Preferred Qualifications

• FAA Inspection Authorization.
• Experience under CFR Part 135.
• Autopilot, avionics, electrical, and Airbus maintenance experience.
