Planned Parenthood of the Rocky Mountains seeks a Float Advanced Practice Nurse (NP/CNM) to support abortion care across the New Mexico area. Abortion Care: At PPRM, we all work in abortion care. This role supports abortion care through direct clinical triage, patient education, and follow-up, ensuring timely and empathetic support to those navigating abortion services.
Union: This role is represented by SEIU, Local 105 and is governed by the terms of a collective bargaining agreement.
Training:Includes paid training sessions, ongoing development, and a structured onboarding plan. Initial travel to Denver for 2-4 weeks during the first 1 to 2 months of employment.
What You'll Do:
Pay Range: $51.23–$67.16/hour (includes $2/hour travel differential)

Schedule: Flexible schedules are available to be discussed at the time of interview to potentially include float and primary assignment shifts. Ideal candidates can work on a flexible schedule to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends as needed to meet business demands.
Travel Details: Preferred candidate resides in the Central New Mexico region.

However, all Health Center/Patient or Community Facing Employees, must have the COVID vaccine or wear a mask at all times beginning November 1st. Proof must be uploaded upon hire. Masters or better in Nursing.
