Job summary

Airbus Americas, Inc. is seeking a Flight Line Mechanic (Contract) to join our Mobile Manufacturing Team. The role covers FTP, pre- and post-flight inspections and the preparation of aircraft for test flights and delivery readiness.

You will operate, test, troubleshoot, repair and inspect aircraft systems using approved data and specialized test equipment. The team works on the A220 and A320 family lines, offering exposure to high-profile commercial aircraft manufacturing in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 3 years minimum aviation experience, preferably in an aviation manufacturing or repair environment.
• Valid A&P License.

Responsibilities

• Perform Final Test Procedure (FTP) / Pre- / Post-flight checklists to prepare built aircraft for test flight readiness.
• Troubleshoot and repair aircraft systems using approved data and test equipment.
• Assist in day-to-day flight-line operations on the Mobile FAL.
• Perform inspections and ensure documentation compliance per procedures.
• Support safety, quality and housekeeping standards on the shop floor.
• Hazardous materials handling awareness as part of maintenance activities.
