Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is seeking a Flight Test Technician 2/3 in Emerado, North Dakota. You will perform developmental, experimental and production maintenance, repair, and testing on aircraft systems, following blueprints and manuals.

The role requires a High School degree, 2 years of related experience, and the ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance. Expect 4/10 shift options and opportunities to grow within a leading defense contractor.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School degree or equivalent and 2 years of relevant experience as a flight test technician, field technician, or related technician experience.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain an active DoD Secret or higher clearance and pass a medical/respiratory exam.
• Must travel approximately 10% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Perform developmental, experimental and production aircraft maintenance, repair, modification, installation and testing tasks.
• Work from blueprints and schematics on electrical, mechanical or instrumentation systems.
• Instruct, coordinate and perform duties of Flight Test personnel.
• Travel for training or other job-related activities.
