Job summary

VTG is seeking a Supply Chain SME - Flight Test Engineer in McLean, VA to lead complex technical deployments and system integration across multiple platforms. You will manage vendor relationships, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive program success through lifecycle planning, testing, and readiness activities.

The role requires a TS clearance with polygraph, a strong engineering background, and demonstrated experience delivering mission-critical solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Demonstrated experience managing technical projects end-to-end.
• Extensive systems integration and deployment experience.
• Experience with military-grade or mission-critical equipment.
• Strong systems engineering knowledge and integration methods.
• Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through full project management lifecycle.
• Develop schedules, resources, milestones, and metrics.
