Job summary

Los Alamos National Security LLC seeks an experienced R&D Engineer to lead system integration for flight testing and joint experiments within the ETM program at LANL. You will interface with DoD/NNSA sponsors and coordinate with scientists, engineers, and managers to deliver integrated plans.

The role requires a Master’s in Engineering with 12 years of related experience (PhD preferred) and will involve traveling to meetings and sites to support national security objectives.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of nuclear weapon design and engineering evidenced by contributions or peer recognition.
• Strong understanding of systems engineering and integration for complex programs.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary technical programs and mentoring staff.
