The role focuses on rapid design, production, qualification, and certification of systems for national security purposes.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Engineering and 6 years related experience; PhD may be preferred.
• Direct hands-on experience with AFSIM, including scripting, modeling, and behavior development.
• Strong CONOPS, mission analysis, and tactics development.
• Ability to lead complex analytical endeavors.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership in advanced modeling, simulation, and analysis for ETM.
• Build and validate models of sensors, weapons, communications, and space systems within AFSIM.
• Develop technical approaches and new methods for running and analyzing large-scale simulations.
• Facilitate teamwork and consensus across organizational and program boundaries.
