Job summary

Lockheed Martin Space seeks a Systems Integration & Test Engineer to plan and execute the integration and test program for TSWS programs. You will develop test plans, lead test events, and deliver solutions for complex weapon system integrators on ships and submarines.

The role requires travel (30–50%) and collaboration with Navy and Army partners, with opportunities for growth in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. Bachelor's in engineering is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace or Computer Engineering preferred or equivalent education/experience
• Ability to travel to test sites as needed
• Flexibility to work shift changes or scheduled days off as needed
• US Citizenship with ability to obtain a Secret/Top Secret clearance

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute the integration and test program for TSWS portfolio, delivering technical solutions
• Lead and support Flight Test and Ground Test events as Certified Test Conductor (CTC)
• Coordinate with Navy SSP and Army AHPO partners to field future systems
