A leading engineering firm is seeking motivated Performance and Flying Qualities Engineers to support flight test operations at Edwards AFB in California. The ideal candidates will have a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and solid communication skills. Responsibilities include developing test strategies, analyzing data, and preparing technical documents. Offering a salary range of $110,000 to $185,000 annually, along with comprehensive benefits starting from day one, including medical, dental, vision insurance, and a 401(k) plan with employer match.
Qualifications
Must have a working knowledge of computer systems and computer-based engineering tools.
Candidates must have, or be able to obtain, a Secret Clearance with upgrade to Top Secret clearance.
Must possess a valid state-issued driver's license.
Responsibilities
Support flight test operations at Edwards AFB.
Develop test strategy in collaboration with program offices.
Prepare and deliver technical papers and perform data analysis.
