Job summary

Raytheon in Ontario, California is seeking a Flight Test Support Engineer to join our Flight Test Operations (FTO) team. The role supports planning and execution of manned flight test missions for the Next Generation Testbed (NGT) on an onsite basis, with opportunities to grow into a Flight Test Engineer or Systems Engineer.

The candidate will coordinate flight test missions, participate in readiness reviews, and work in classified SAP environments.

Qualifications

• University degree in a technical or aviation-related field or equivalent experience.
• Ability to obtain SAP Top Secret security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Assist coordination of flight test missions.
• Support readiness reviews and customer airworthiness audits.
• Support mission planning, coordination, and test reporting.
• Work in classified and SAP environments.
• Travel up to 10% to CONUS/OCONUS test ranges.
