Job summary

Boeing is seeking a Mid-Level Maintenance Controller Service Technician for the Test Operations Center in Seattle. You will provide maintenance and technical support, coordinate with test crews and engineering, and help manage data, estimates, and communications.

The role features a non-standard 4x10 schedule with 3 days off, potential 12-hour shifts, and opportunities to support diverse flight test activities in a fast-paced TOC environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of education and/or experience with aircraft maintenance.
• 1+ years of flight line experience.
• Experience cultivating excellent customer and/or external stakeholder relationships.
• Experience interpreting data and presenting analysis to management.
• Willing to work variable shifts, including days, evenings, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical support for maintenance, repair and preventive measures.
• Applies technical knowledge to research, test and evaluate operations and data.
• Communicates design and operational issues with Engineering.
• Develops in-service correspondence for safe operation.
• Participates in accident investigation or support teams.
• Investigates Logistics, Test Status, Weather and IT issues to drive conclusions.
• Provides accurate maintenance estimates with WOs, parts and tools.
• Maintains TOC database, tracks test aircraft, and supports management meetings.
• Offers clear recommendations to management in a dynamic environment.
• Assists logistic support or remote aircraft operations.
