Job summary

Shield AI is seeking a Hivemind Solutions Staff Integration & Flight Test Engineer to drive integration, verification, and flight test activities for Hivemind AI Pilot capabilities on Group 5 UAS/ACP programs.

You will translate objectives into executable plans, manage test readiness, and coordinate across internal teams, OEMs, and government customers to accelerate delivery of autonomy capabilities at scale.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 6+ years with a Master’s

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute detailed integration and flight test plans across simulation, SIL, HIL, ground, and flight test environments
• Coordinate readiness of simulation environments, integration laboratories, aircraft, and flight test assets
• Apply aviation knowledge to develop safe, efficient test plans
• Define test objectives, performance metrics, and traceability from requirements to outcomes
• Lead aircraft integration and flight test activities, including planning, troubleshooting, and data analysis
• Coordinate with OEMs, government ranges, and flight ops to ensure readiness and safety
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across software, hardware, systems engineering, safety, and leadership teams
• Evaluate test results and recommend corrective actions to mature capabilities
• Military aviation experience or related flight test leadership roles is valued
• Active SECRET clearance is preferred
