Job summary

Curtiss-Wright Defense Solutions seeks a Director of Sales to lead strategy and execution for Flight Test Instrumentation across US and international teams. You will mentor regional sales leaders, manage key accounts, and drive profitable growth while aligning with VP leadership and global sales.’

This role emphasizes high-level customer engagements, cross‑functional collaboration, and long‑term contract wins across aerospace programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Engineering, or other technical field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar sales leadership role.
• Secret Security Clearance required; TS clearance preferred.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in Flight Test Instrumentation or Aerospace Instrumentation is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops a high-performing team of account managers across TTC, Acra, and IADS units.
• Develops and executes strategic account plans aligned with group goals.
• Forecasts revenue and bookings; monitors performance and takes corrective actions.
• Oversees executive‑level customer meetings and growth strategies.
• Supports capture strategy and proposal development for major pursuits.
