Gauss Management Research & Engineering (GMRE Inc.) is seeking an experienced professional to provide Advisory and Assistance Services in program/project and business management for RDT&E projects supporting the 412 Test Wing Groups and Divisions at Edwards AFB, CA.

The role covers test and evaluation, logistics, cost/price analysis, QA, and C4ISR-related systems, with a focus on safety and mission effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Experience leading 5th generation fighter maintenance operations, preferably F-22.
• Advanced knowledge of aircraft tools, test equipment, TOs, schematics and technical publications.
• Working knowledge of Safety, Tool Control, FOD, Supply, HAZMAT, Quality and Security programs.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day maintenance planning and oversight for an assigned F-22 at Edwards AFB, leading aircraft production and setting maintenance priorities.
• Coordinate with multiple disciplines in a joint workforce including Military, Civil Service, Lockheed Martin, and Boeing.
• Ensure compliance with technical instructions and provide management with status updates on progress, material availability, and production risks.
