Job summary

DCS Corp seeks an Airborne Electronic Warfare Flight Test Engineer to support the F/A-18 & EA-18G IPT. You will design test programs, produce test plans, plan lab, ground and flight tests, and analyze data to assess system performance for DoD platforms.

A Bachelor's in engineering with 5+ years' experience is required, along with U.S. citizenship and a Secret clearance (Top-Secret/SCI clearable). Prior F/A-18 experience is highly desired; you will lead tests and generate official assessments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with an engineering major and 5+ years of experience.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Secret clearance, Top-Secret/SCI eligible.

Responsibilities

• Design Test Programs to assess system performance.
• Produce detailed Test Plans in NAVAIR 3960 format.
• Plan lab, ground and flight test scenarios for subsystems and data systems.
• Troubleshoot DoD architecture framework in mission analysis.
• Develop test requirements and associated documentation in flight cards.
• Review documentation and provide changes and recommendations.
• Lead and conduct pre- and post-test briefings.
• Analyze test data and report results in official Navy reports.
