Job summary

DCS Corporation is seeking an Airborne Electronic Warfare (AEW) Flight Test Engineer to support the F/A-18 & EA-18G Integrated Product Team. The role requires designing test programs and producing detailed test plans while ensuring project expenditures are monitored.

Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and have at least 5 years of relevant experience. U.S. citizenship and a Secret security clearance are mandatory for this position.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in engineering, particularly in Flight Test.
• U.S. citizenship is required due to customer-related sensitivity.
• Secret security clearance is mandatory and must be clearable to Top-Secret/SCI level.

Responsibilities

• Design and plan test programs for various systems.
• Produce detailed test plans in accordance with specified formats.
• Develop requirements for testing scenarios and document results.
• Conduct test missions and assess engineering issues in real time.
• Report system performance in official Navy Test and Evaluation reports.
