Job summary

DCS Corp is seeking an Airborne Electronic Warfare Flight Test Engineer to support the F/A-18 and EA-18G IPT. The role covers flight test and fleet support for AEA/EW sub-systems and requires planning, execution, and reporting across lab, ground, and flight environments.

Responsibilities include writing detailed test plans, analyzing data, and delivering official Navy test reports. A Secret clearance and a bachelor’s in engineering with 5+ years’ experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent; 5+ years of experience.
• Secret security clearance; Top-Secret/SCI eligible.
• U.S. citizenship required; ability to obtain needed clearances.

Responsibilities

• Design test programs to assess performance of systems and concepts.
• Produce test plans in NAVAIR 3960 format.
• Plan lab, ground and flight test scenarios for subsystems and interfaces.
• Troubleshoot DoD architecture framework in mission analysis.
• Develop test scenarios and documentation in flight cards.
• Review system docs and provide changes and recommendations.
• Lead and conduct pre-/post-test briefings and test missions.
• Analyze test data and report results in official Navy formats.
