Job summary

Bombardier's Learjet division in Wichita is seeking an Electronic Technician to support flight test activities. You will calibrate sensors, instruments, and flight test equipment, and maintain telemetry and related systems.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years installing and calibrating flight test gear, with ability to read engineering documents and schematics. ITAR clearance and elevated work may be required.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience installing and calibrating flight test equipment and instrumentation.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering documents and wiring schematics.
• Experience installing and wiring strain gauges (preferred).
• Working knowledge of electronic test and measurement equipment.
• Background maintaining RF systems and aircraft batteries.

Responsibilities

• Calibrate flight test sensors and tools.
• Instrument and calibrate aircraft parts.
• Build and maintain specialized flight test equipment.
• Maintain radio, flight and ground telemetry equipment.
