Job summary

Bombardier Learjet Inc is seeking an Electronic Technician - Flight Test Support for Wichita to calibrate and maintain flight test sensors and equipment. You will work with wiring, strain gauges, RF systems and telemetry, ensuring accuracy and safety in a high-tech aerospace environment.

Applicants should have 3+ years installing flight test gear, read engineering diagrams, and be able to work on elevated platforms.

Qualifications

  • 3 years of experience installing and calibrating flight test equipment and instrumentation.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering documents and wiring schematics.
  • Experience installing and wiring strain gages (preferred).
  • Working knowledge of electronic test and measurement equipment.
  • Background maintaining RF systems.
  • Basic knowledge of auto tracking antenna systems.
  • Associates degree in electronics (or equivalent military experience) (preferred).
  • Interpersonal skills necessary for maintaining working relationships in a diverse global environment.
  • Eligible for ITAR clearance (required).
  • Willing to work on elevated platforms (required).
