Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduation from a two-year technical school or its equivalent and two years of experience.
• Good hands-on skills with attention to detail and the ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Work with engineering teams to build electrical/mechanical chassis.
• Integrate chassis into larger prototype test assets for laboratory, field, and flight testing.
• Support fixture fabrication, system hardening, and large system deployment.
• Work closely with Flight Test Facility crew chief and mechanics to ensure all builds are flight ready with safety as a priority.
• Support flight test campaigns to remote locations multiple times per year.
