Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking a Flight Test Conductor for the T-7A program at Edwards AFB. The role leads flight test planning and execution, coordinating with flight test operations, engineering, and customer-facing teams to ensure mission success.

The candidate brings 5+ years in flight test or related operations, and at least 100 hours in a control room setting as a Test Conductor, with strong emphasis on safety and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry.
• 5+ years of experience with the principles of flight test OR experience directly supporting flight test operations.
• 100+ hours of control room experience as a Test Conductor.

Responsibilities

• Leads flight test program planning and execution.
• Develops detailed test procedures and instrumentation definitions.
• Performs planning and execution of ground and flight tests; reviews data for quality and fidelity.
