Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Cleared Flight Test Engineer to join a top defense client at Hill Air Force Base. The role focuses on technical analysis for pre- and post-launch data, trajectory development, and flight analysis support.

The candidate will contribute to specification documents and complex data analyses, requiring 3–7+ years in engineering/math/physics and an active Secret clearance. On-site work in Clearfield, UT is expected.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of technical experience in Engineering, Math, or Physics.
• Active Secret Clearance required.
• On-site at Hill AFB daily (Clearfield, UT).

• Provide technical analysis and preparation for intricate pre- and post-launch data analysis.

• In depth flight or space analysis background (trajectory analysis, vehicle performance, reentry analysis, telemetry analysis)
• Proficiency in C, C++, C#, Python, Fortran, or Ada
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics
• Active Secret Clearance Ability to sit on site at Hill AFB daily (Clearfield, UT)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Any ICBM or Reentry Vehicles (RS/RV) experience
• Experience with 6-degrees-of-freedom (6DOF) or related simulation models (3DOF, Monte Carlos, etc.)
• Active TS or TSSCI Clearance
