Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Lead Systems Engineer to join their Air Traffic Business Area in Eagan, Minnesota. This role focuses on supporting the FAA's initiative to modernize flight service capabilities through scalable, cloud-based systems.

As a Product Owner within a Scaled Agile environment, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage Agile backlogs, and ensure regulatory compliance while engaging with customers. A Bachelor's degree and relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of relevant experience in a systems engineering role.
• Familiarity with Agile principles and tools.
• Experience engaging customers to understand needs.

Responsibilities

• Review FAA requirement documents and extract intent.
• Manage the backlog for Agile teams, prioritizing features.
• Engage with customer stakeholders to identify use cases.
