Leidos is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer in Eagan, MN to support the development of the Alaska Automation Capability as part of a mission-critical initiative to modernize flight service systems. The role involves serving as a Product Owner in an Agile environment, managing the product backlog, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with FAA regulatory requirements. Candidates must have strong experience with Agile methodologies, cloud-based systems design, and excellent communication skills. The position offers a competitive salary range from $107,900.00 to $195,050.00 and various employment benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of relevant experience or 6 years with a Master’s.
• Experience as an Agile Product Owner managing a product backlog.
• Ability to obtain SF-85 Public Trust suitability determination.

Responsibilities

• Review FAA requirement documents to extract acceptance criteria.
• Manage backlog for Agile teams, prioritizing stakeholder needs.
• Engage with stakeholders to identify use cases for validation trials.
