METECS is seeking a Flight Software Engineer to support NASA’s SR-1 Freedom vehicle at NASA’s Johnson Space Center. The role covers the full software life cycle from design through testing, verification, validation, and certification. Strong problem-solving skills and hands-on development are essential.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in software engineering with C/C++ and Python, Linux development, and experience with embedded systems and RTOS. On-site presence at JSC is required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor or Advanced Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering (or equivalent).
• 3+ years of related experience.
• Good working knowledge of C, C++, and Python.
• Software development in a Linux environment.
