Hermeus is seeking a Software Engineer to join the Command & Control team in Atlanta. You will develop embedded C/C++ software for aircraft communications, telemetry, and C2, owning networking across vehicle and ground systems.

You will work closely with avionics, RF, flight software, and ground systems engineers to take systems from architecture through integration and flight operations in a fast-paced defense context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, CE, EE or related field.
• Professional embedded C/C++ development experience.
• Strong memory management, pointers, references, OO programming.

Responsabilités

• Develop embedded C/C++ software for aircraft communications, telemetry and C2.
• Design software interfaces for radios, transmitters, receivers, and data links.
• Own networking across vehicle and ground systems.
• Integrate RF and avionics with software components.
• Write and maintain system design documentation and interfaces.
• Collaborate with hardware, RF, GNC, systems, and ground station teams.
