Job summary

Fidelity Technology Services LLC at NAS Lemoore, CA is seeking a part-time Simulator Operator to support F/A-18 training devices and flight simulations. You will start up and prepare simulators, load training scenarios, and coordinate with instructors to ensure mission readiness.

The role requires the ability to obtain a SECRET security clearance, English language proficiency, and a flexible schedule including weekends as needed. Competitive pay and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Must obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance.
• 12 months of experience with computer applications or Microsoft Office certification.
• Up to 3 months experience with aviation simulators.
• Annual simulator operator certification as directed by site manager.
• Ability to follow written and verbal English instructions.
• Physical ability to walk, stand, or sit for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Start-up and prepare flight simulator for daily training.
• Install initial conditions per training schedule.
• Operate and control trainers during scheduled events.
• Support multi-ship missions as needed.
• Communicate with blue forces during scenarios.
• Load different initial conditions as directed.
• Collaborate with instructors to maximize student interaction.
• Work shifts including weekends as required.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by site management.
