Job summary

Fidelity Technology Services, LLC, a wholly‑owned subsidiary of Fidelity Technologies Corporation, seeks Full and Part Time F/A‑18 /EA‑18G pilots and Contractor Instructors (CI) to support pilot training in the F/A‑18E/F simulators for its NAS Lemoore, CA program.

Qualified candidates will be NATOPS pilots with recent F/A‑18 experience or former simulator instructors, have at least one fleet tour and 800 flight hours in F/A‑18, and ideally hold FAC(A).

Qualifications

• NATOPS pilot within the preceding 2 years for F/A-18, or simulator instructor within the preceding 5 years for the F/A-18.
• Minimum of one fleet tour and 800 flying hours in the F/A-18.
• FAC(A) qualification and proficiency is desired.

Responsibilities

• Conduct CI led/supported training for Simulator, Training Device and Systems Training with briefs and debriefs.
• Evaluate student training/mission performance as required.
• Provide classroom instruction and develop tests, lesson plans, and trainee guides.
• Provide instructor-led academic instruction for CRM and IGS, plus CAI/CBT for platform courses.
• Assist with simulator training device inspections and certification programs; support mishap testing.
• Conduct training device operation instruction including briefing, debriefing and grading.
• Attend standardization meetings and support NGTS/ JMPS related tasks as needed.
• Record trainer performance IAW established criteria.
• Support quarterly standardization and weekly schedule writing meetings.
• Serve as JMPS SME with Fleet SME inputs to create mission loads for simulators.
