Job summary

Gulfstream Aerospace invites students to join the Flight Sciences / Thermofluid Analysis team in Savannah for a 12-week summer internship. You will work on thermal modeling, fluid systems performance, and data analysis for certification, mentored by senior engineers.

Eligible candidates are full-time undergraduates in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering, with a 3.0+ GPA, and must be onsite in Savannah. Prior coursework in heat transfer, propulsion, and aerodynamics is helpful.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled as a full-time student pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Completion of sophomore year is required prior to the internship start date.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher (listed on resume).
• Minimum duration: 12 weeks (summer).
• Must be onsite; this is not a remote position.

Responsibilities

• Perform numerical simulations to predict environmental conditions and system performance.
• Analyze test data to support certification and ensure temperature/ventilation limits are met.
• Collaborate with senior engineers on real projects.
