Job summary

Enloe Health in Northern California seeks a Flight Paramedic to provide direct patient care during air medical transport and to support emergency department care as needed. The role operates on a 12-hour shift with FlightCare or ED duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate holds a California Paramedic license with required certifications (CPR, NRP, ACLS, PALS) and 4,000 hours of prehospital experience. Hazardous Materials training and leadership/preceptor experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Hazardous Materials training to First Responder Awareness Level.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience (≥4,000 hours) as a Paramedic in the prehospital setting.
• Must meet physical requirements per Enloe Flight Crew policy.
• Desired leadership and/or preceptor experience.
• A.S. degree in health-related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care during air medical transport.
• Be available for Flight Response during 12-hour shifts.
• Assist in Emergency Department patient care when needed.
