Job summary

Air Evac Lifeteam is hiring a Flight Paramedic in Duncan, OK. You will transport patients to medical facilities and participate in scene call work, upholding high safety standards for crew and patients.

The role requires extensive emergency medical experience, EMT-P license, and FP-C certification within 24 months. Expect ongoing training, pre/post mission briefings, and collaboration with a professional air-transport team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a 911 or critical care setting.
• Current EMT-P license/certification in the states served by the assigned area.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, trauma certification required prior to flight status.
• Flight Paramedic-Certified (FP-C) required within 24 months from date of hire.

Responsibilities

• Complete and submit electronic patient care records for each dispatched flight within required time.
• Perform daily base checks, including narcotic count.
• Provide pre-hospital and intra-hospital advanced life support care from initial contact to handoff.
• Maintain competency through ongoing lab and clinical experiences.
• Document licensure, certifications, continuing education, safety and advanced procedures in Education Manual.
