Job summary

Air Methods in Harris, NY is seeking experienced EMS professionals to provide pre-hospital advanced life support as part of the clinical flight crew. You will document care, maintain licensure and training, and assist pilots during missions.

The role requires 3+ years in a busy 911 system, and prior critical care transport experience is a plus. A flexible schedule and ongoing education are supported.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and at least three years of related experience and/or training.
• Bachelor’s degree in health-related field preferred.
• Minimum three years’ recent experience in a busy 911 system.
• Previous critical care transport and flight experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-hospital advanced life support and document patient care thoroughly.
• Maintain licensure, certifications, continuing education, and safety training.
• Attend pre-mission briefings and mission debriefings; assist pilot as requested.
• Report equipment failures and ensure aircraft readiness for transport.
• Participate in outreach,教育 programs, and departmental activities.
