Job summary

Apollo MedFlight is currently seeking a skilled Flight Registered Nurse/Paramedic to join our aeromedical team in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes high-quality patient care during mobile critical care transport and requires extensive paramedic credentials and ongoing certifications.

Candidates must meet stringent state certifications, complete required trainings within set timelines, and be able to relocate within two hours of the base.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited paramedic school or state recognized paramedic program.
• National Registry Paramedic Certification.
• Must obtain certification in all states served by assigned base within 45 days of hire.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Paramedic in a high acuity setting including a busy 911 service.
• Must have BLS, ACLS, PALS at hire, NRP certification within 3 months of hire and must maintain throughout employment.
• Advanced trauma course (ATLS Audit / TPATC / ATCN / PHTLS / TNCC with advanced pathophysiology and skills lab) within 6 months of hire.
• FP-C or CCP-C is required within 2 years of employment.
• Completion of NIMS 100 and 200, within one year of hire is required.
• Live in or be willing to relocate to the region (within 2 hours or less of assigned base).
• Valid Driver’s License
• Regular and reliable attendance
