Job summary

Guardian Flight is hiring a Flight Paramedic to join a team delivering high-quality air transport care. You will perform in-flight ALS, document care, and participate in mission briefings and checklists, while maintaining licensure and ongoing training.

A base is opening in Watford, ND with a Winter 2027 start. The role requires three years in 911 or critical care, EMT-P licensure, and FP-C within 24 months, with a $74,000–$76,000 annual salary and a $5,000 sign-on bonus paid in two installments

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years' experience in a 911 or critical care setting.
• EMT-P license/certification in the states served by the assigned area required.
• Flight Paramedic-Certified (FP-C) required within 24 months from date of hire.

Responsibilities

• Complete and submit electronic patient care records for each dispatched flight on time.
• Perform daily base checks including narcotics count.
• Provide pre-hospital and intra-hospital ALS care from first contact to handoff.
• Maintain licensure, certifications, continuing education, safety documentation.
• Ensure safety and readiness of equipment and supplies used by emergency programs.
