Job summary

SkyWest Airlines is seeking a Flight Ops IOE Coordinator to schedule and support the pilot new hire and routine training process. This fast-paced role requires multitasking, attention to detail, and strong customer service, with on-the-job training provided.

You'll coordinate with Training and HR, manage IOE rosters, monitor progress, and assist with travel arrangements. Relocation to St. George, UT or Denver, CO may be required; weekend work is possible.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Unrestricted, valid state-issued driver's license.
• Pass a pre-placement background check and drug screen.
• Proficient in MS Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and support the pilot new hire and IOE training.
• Coordinate with Training Department and HR for rosters and information.
• Track IOE assignments and monitor student progress.
• Maintain IOE data and related spreadsheets.
• Assist with departmental phones and travel arrangements.
