Job summary

Sdi Inc is seeking a qualified Flight Duty Officer (FDO) in Palmdale, CA, to support flight operations for the U.S. Air Force. The FDO will coordinate daily flight activities, verify aircrew readiness, and maintain compliance with aviation regulations.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED with four years of experience, military aviation operations experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. A Secret Clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Prior relevant U.S. Air Force, DoD, or military aviation operations experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform Flight Duty Officer and Operations Supervisor duties in support of daily flight operations.
• Coordinate aircraft crew-ready status with maintenance and operations personnel.
• Support aircrew during in-flight emergencies and unusual operational events.
