Job summary

Allegiance Mobile Health seeks an experienced RN to provide critical care in pre-hospital and transport settings. The role involves applying flight nursing principles or dual-certified flight paramedic practice under medical protocols and supervision by the Medical Director.

The candidate will document care, maintain clinical standards, and support communications with internal teams and external stakeholders. Strong teamwork and ongoing education are essential.

Qualifications

• Active RN license to practice in state(s) employed.
• Minimum of three years (five years preferred) of current critical care/emergency experience.
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS/PEPP, and TNATC, TNCC, ITLS, or PHTLS. NRP preferred. Instructor certifications preferred.
• Must obtain CFRN within 24 months of hire.
• Flight or transport experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, comprehensive care to critically ill or injured patients in pre-hospital settings and during transports.
• Document and chart assessment, treatment, and billing information.
• Operate under Medical Director protocols and online guidance; report to program director of Clinical Standards.
• Maintain communication with management and external customers; support PR and marketing activities as needed.
• Attend trainings, competency reviews, and continuing education; comply with health service regulations.
