Qualifikationen

• Three years of experience in Emergency or Adult Critical Care setting as a licensed RN.
• Current RN license in states served by assigned area.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP required prior to flight status (NRP provided during New Hire Training).
• Certified Registered Flight Nurse (CFRN) required within 24 months from date of hire.

Aufgaben

• Assess situations to determine best course of action for patient care in critical situations.
• Manage critically ill/injured adult or pediatric patients per physician orders.
• Maintain safe aircraft environment and perform base/equipment checks.
• Communicate effectively with air/ground teams, dispatch, flight crews, facilities and partners.
• Share shift change information and maintain accurate documentation and records.
• Maintain required certifications and ongoing training for the position.
